Bugs

Product feedback submitted from Reflex. Description : when I switch to the agent, then switch back to the shell, my shell session will disappear Filed from an agent session (Codex Session Manager Tmux Monitoring).

Product feedback submitted from Reflex. Description : Description: Runs that have already failed and were moved to Archived appear to continue running/retaining their execution resources. During testing, archived runs remained associated with running Devbox resources, even though they were no longer active from the user's perspective. Expected result: Archiving a completed or failed run should terminate/release its associated execution resources, or clearly indicate that the resources are still active. Actual result: Archived runs can remain running and continue consuming Devbox capacity. Impact: This can unnecessarily consume the available Devbox limit and prevent new Agents from being executed. Filed from an agent session (Run Test Suite: Run Test Suite).

Product feedback submitted from Reflex. Description : The system allows a new persona to be saved using the exact same name as an existing persona. This can make it difficult for users to distinguish, identify, or select the correct persona when multiple personas have identical names. The persona name should either be required to be unique, or the UI should clearly warn the user when a duplicate name is being created. This is different from the existing duplicate/copy functionality, which automatically adds “Copy” to the name and makes the new persona distinguishable.

Product feedback submitted from Reflex. Description : On the Agents page, a persona can be created even when the input fields contain only whitespace characters. The form treats whitespace-only values as valid input instead of treating them as empty. The form should trim input values and prevent persona creation when required fields contain only spaces, while displaying a clear validation message for the affected fields.

Product feedback submitted from Reflex. Description : On the Agents page, when creating a persona without providing an API key, clicking Create Persona does not clearly direct the user to the missing required field. The user has to manually scroll back up through the form to find the API key dropdown and determine what needs to be completed. The form should clearly indicate that the API key is required and automatically focus or scroll to the missing field when the user submits the form.

Product feedback submitted from Reflex. Description : On the Agents page, the Persona drawer opens successfully, but the View Persona button does not perform any action when clicked. The button appears clickable, but there is no visible response or navigation. Clicking the button should open or navigate to the selected persona details.

Product feedback submitted from Reflex. Description : When the Search icon is clicked, the Search popup opens successfully, but the footer action buttons inside the popup do not respond to user clicks. The Close, Select, and Navigate buttons are not clickable, which prevents the user from completing the available actions in the Search popup. These buttons should respond correctly to user clicks and perform their intended actions.

Product feedback submitted from Reflex. Description : The info icon displayed on the right side of a submitted prompt overlaps with the prompt text instead of maintaining proper spacing. This creates a visual layout issue and makes the prompt content appear crowded or partially obstructed. The icon should have sufficient spacing from the prompt text so that the entire prompt remains clearly readable.

Product feedback submitted from Reflex. Description : During blueprints creation, when it asked me to choose repro. It always shows that I need to connect to my github, which I did already. But when it refreshed, it still showed that I didnt connect. I think it might be because I am using a new account trying to connect to my github, where I have used the github account to login before. I think there should be an visible error message, or I should be able to connect.

Description : If I dont use fill example during the 1st minesweeper tutorial, it wouldn't let me type the full description and it would force me to the next steps. If I dont type anything, it wouldn't launch. Then the next tutorial where it shows me the session screen, it would not continue properly.
