: I initially launched a code-review persona without explicitly attaching a repository. The session appeared to stall without producing a report or clearly explaining that it lacked project context. After attaching the repository, the same persona worked correctly and generated the expected review. A clearer indication that a repository is required would help users understand what is missing instead of assuming the agent is stuck.
